  • Orders

    Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected.

    Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected.

    To check the status of your order please email Jim Vaive jim@spiritofeq.com or give us a call at 614.774.8048. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

  • Order Cancellations

    Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email jim@spiritofeq.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for orders cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • Exchanges & Returns

    Items purchased on Jim’s Jewelry by Design.com may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging.

    Please email jim@spiritofeq.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

    Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

    We do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
